Took a week to get Peter on the phone even after the referring HVAC company contacted him on my behalf. He showed up an hour late for our appointment to give me a quote because he was "busy". I told him I was going to go with someone else since he was late and I'd been trying to connect with him for a week to which he just said "Okay" and left, not even an apology. If it's this hard to give him my money I'd hate to see what it would be like if there was a problem with the job.
