Professional, friendly and prompt. Would recommend! Had more than one thing wrong with my gas hot water heater but they troubleshooted and fixed it like a boss!

This company is the worst, they do service for Reliance customers and they are unreliable, irresponsible, and dishonest. We are cancelling our hot water tank rental with Reliance because of these jokers that Reliance uses to provide service in our area. We have been without hot water since Dec 31st and it’s January 5th. We finally purchased a tank and are having a local electrician put it in. I wouldn’t deal with these guys if they were the only show in town!
