Our thoughtfully designed five-storey building is located at the gateway to Ontario cottage country and easily accessed by Hwy 400 and Hwy 11.
Relax in our outdoor common areas, including a patio, gazebo and balconies outfitted with comfortable seating and beautiful plants. Airy suites offer oversized showers, and in-suite laundry facilities are available in select Independent Living suites, which include two-bedroom configurations up to 1,000 square feet.
Many of our residents join us from the communities of Midhurst, Barrie, Shanty Bay and Horseshoe Valley.

We’re nestled in naturally beautiful surroundings, with Little Lake in our backyard and the waterfront walking trails of Lake Simcoe close by, but we are also an easy stroll away from the convenient shops and services of the North Barrie Crossing Shopping Centre.
Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre is directly across the street from us, and Georgian Mall and the scenic Arboretum Sunnydale Park are just a few minutes’ drive away. There is a public transit stop just outside our door.
