Jormat Contracting has experienced manpower to complete its many operations, from the general excavating and grading required for road and parking lot construction to the installation of underground services, including water mains and storm and sanitary sewers, to the design and installation of septic systems and associated appurtenances. Snow and ice removal services include those required for municipal roads and parking areas, as well as those specialized services and materials utilized for de-icing airport runways and flight operational areas.
About Us
Jormat Contracting is a medium-sized site servicing and
excavation contracting company. We specialize in road and parking lot construction, site servicing, building excavations, subdivisions, septic system design and installation and snow and ice removal services. Jormat Contracting has expanded its
services and operations since its inception and continues to grow each year.
The company was formed in 2003 and is owned and operated by Marc Clancy. Marc has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked extensively in the
excavation/grading and site servicing sector prior to forming Jormat Contracting. Marc utilizes a hands-on approach to management, usually being found on the job site—and often at the controls of one of the company’s many pieces of modern equipment.
We prefer contracts ranging up to $2 million; however, no project is considered too small. Our job site area of preference would be the GTA and East. We would consider projects outside this area, if required.
