Green Acres is a family tradition for the last ten years. Each Good Friday and a handful of times throughout the year we travel from Niagara Falls, Ontario to Fort Erie for the sole purpose of eating their fish and chips. The service is always fantastic and the food reasonably priced and excellent. We'll be visiting again this Good Friday and my stomach is already grumbling. My only complaint is that the fish and chips is so good, I never order anything else on the menu. Never-the-less, other family members have and swear by the taste and massive portions.

I have coming to this restaurant since young child. I recommended wonton soup, egg roll as a start. Crispy Beef or crab raggons as a appetizer, Chili Shrimp to die for, sizzling Cantonese Pork, Ginger Lobster, Cantonese Chow Mein, General Toa's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls (amazing), Dry Garlic Ribs, & Happy Fried Rice. All gluten free expected the Sweet & sour Chicken & noodle in the Cantonese Chow mein. Great portion & taste is out of this world. The Patio in the summer is amazing!!! Riverwalk the best view. I have lived in Welland for over 30 years and have never eaten here until they mentioned "Buffalo Chicken Burger" on their advertising sign out front. So we decided to stop in and try it, I must say, it is a great burger and possibly the best in the entire Niagara Region, it is reasonably priced with perfect golden fries but no one else makes a Buffalo Chicken Burger like Cheers does. The only reason I left a 5 star review was to the service we received. My steak was not cooked properly plus even they cooked it more from raw, the steak was bland, no flavor at all. I ended up loosing my appetite. The one thing that impressed me was our waitress. She tried her best and the manager told her that our bill was covered including our drinks. This shows me that the management supported their customers. I am a Keg person that in the past had little issues but it happens. Busy place.

This place was unbelievable. The wine selection is huge, and the food is to die for. The views of the falls are unmatched. The appetizer was SO delicious and the main course was even better.
I ordered the salmon, and it was cooked to perfection. I can't think of another way to describe this place, other than perfect. The server was attentive (except the water boy was slow), and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves.
Our bill for the two of us was $280 so it is a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it if you are visiting the Niagara region.
We ordered drinks, two mains courses, two appetizers, and two desserts.

I'm not a very big fan of seafood, but I was won over by the incessant advertisements for Lobsterfest.
Gotta say it was the best dining decision made in a long time. This location was opulently decorated with wood interiors and it mainly had booth seating. After walking past a decorative stack of firewood outside, I was pleased to see a real fireplace inside.
After ordering entrees we were surprised to also get salads, potato sides, and these delicious little warm biscuits. The Lobster Trio was fantastic. The tail was meaty and came with plenty of butter, though it was unsalted butter and I had to add salt from the shaker to taste. Garlic shrimp were exceptional. The most remarkable treat was the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese that rounded out the trio. It was so rich and flavourul that I could not finish mine even though by every gastric impulse I had wanted to.
Soda pop has to be remarked on, it was rich and sweet the way fountain pop should be.
Sheldon was our server, and he did an amazing job. All other staff were friendly and courteous as well, which made it a beyond perfect atmosphere.

We LOVE Swiss Chalet! This is easily the most dependable place in town to eat. The food is always good, hot, delicious, and quickly delivered. I take quickly delivered to mean that I don't have to wait! Our servers have always been friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The manager seems to be a little unpredictable at times, otherwise, it's a great, simple place to go with friends or family and we always go back!

I've always used going to this place as an excuse for free parking aha, so we decided to stop by! The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. I enjoy people watching. also the server was nice and very friendly! its not gourmet but if you want average food before going out on the town, i'd say its not too bad!
