I have family in Chilliwack. We decided to go out to eat, so we stopped by Bravo. As soon as we stepped in, we were met with extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Steak is my favorite food, so naturally I went with the ribeye. As someone who has been to many steakhouses in Vancouver, the ribeye I had at Bravo was bar-none the best steak I have ever had. I didn't get my apple turnover, that I ordered and paid for The staff were all standing at the front, in a huddle, talking. The young lady that took my order asked if I'd like my root beer in a mug, while I waited for my order. Which would be about 12-15 minutes, then she would put it in a cup to go and refill it. I don't normally write reviews but in this case it was well deserved. My wife and I ate at this restaurant and like most were blown away by the customer service we received. They greeted us first by opening the door for us, checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and thanked us at the end for coming and opened the door for us when we were done. They have a good standard menu. My friend loves her BC beef burger and I decided to try the ribs for a change. It was fine and served with coleslaw and potato salad. Lots of booth seating or tables. Not loud so you can hear yourself talk except for the odd child being a little noisy. The service was good especially if you go early evening when not busy just yet.
