Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations.
