This place is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I shared a light dinner, a glass of wine each and tea, and our bill (with tip and tax) came to $100. I ordered the gnocci in tomato sauce, which was very good, and the bread was tasty. But for a meatless meal with no dessert and no appetizer, the prices are too high. It seems like you're paying for atmosphere. The service was pretty good, but at the end when it got busier we had to signal for service. I think there's better value out there for the money. Seemed like a lot of people there could "expense" their dinners, which explains the crowd. Read more

I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. Loved the quality of service, taste of food and price. We like to come to Family Wok for lunch as a group of us work downtown Oshawa and we all love the Family Wok. Today we went for lunch and in a bit of a hurry. The food was once again delicious and the service was great. Would recommend if you like great food at a great price. Read more
