I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. My husband and I both ordered the ham and eggs breakfast, which came with toast, jam, and home fries. The ham wasn't greasy, the scrambled eggs were "real ", and the home fries were piping hot. Kudos to the cook in the kitchen. The coffee was hot, but too strong for my tastes. Charlene, our server, made sure our cups were topped up and that we were satisfied with our meal. Price of coffee is included in the price of breakfast, and if you're there before 11:30 there's a $1 discount per plate. We would definitely go again if we were passing through this area. Read more

I go here all the time with my family. Wa all enjoy the great atmosphere and good service. The food is delicious! My son loves the selection of pastas, and my husband could have an affair with their ribs! Service is fast and efficient, I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to receive each course. I absolutely love their desserts, their assortment of cakes is mouth-watering, especially the chocolate caramel almond cheesecake. Definitely a Cambridge-must. Read more

There is a reason The Keg does so well. You always get great service, great food and great atmosphere regardless of which one you go to across Canada. This location is no exception. I have been to this place now at least 15 times over the past year and not once have I been disappointed. It seems they keep getting better and better and though my only issue is how impossible it is to get into on Friday and Saturday nights. Read more

We took our two daughters to the Keg this evening and the food was very good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were all warm and everything was very flavourful. The kids menu, colouring items and special details (fruit/veg right away) made it a great family location. Our only issue was the service. We spent a lot of time waiting for the server to come check on us and the kids started getting whiny. Read more
