Every weekend we take the kids out for a meal at McDonald’s in Aylmer Ontario to give us a break from cooking. They are always very pleasant, friendly, and quick. We placed an order in the drive through and it turned out to be wrong. We went in to get what we were missing and the staff was amazing! My husband and I had heard about this new little restaurant downtown and decided to go in for a bite to eat. The decor is so relaxing. Beautiful antique tables, candles, jazz playing in the background. Our server was excellent, very warm and professional. For drinks there was a variety of hand crafted beers which made my husband happy ( I stuck to wine, not much of a beer drinker ). We shared the mussels to start , which were the best I've ever tasted. The sauce was fabulous! I then had the chicken valentino , and my husband had the roast beef. The food was superb! This place is it! I highly recommend it for a romantic evening out. Will be back! Read more
